2. Copyright and use of the site
You have permission to use this website, but please remember that all of the content
(images, text buttons, logos video clips, PDF downloads etc) are the property of Glass-House Studio and are protected by British and international copyright and cannot be copied, or distributed in any way without written permission. Links to Glass-House Studio and associated social media sites may be made as long as the link does not portray Glass-House Studio, their products or services in a derogatory or offensive way.
Glass-House Studio occasionally add links to other helpful websites.. We have no control over the content, products or business dealings of these companies and are independent from them.
Glass-House Studio have the right to cancel any account or order at their discretion
3. Submissions and reviews
We always encourage customers to submit feedback, comments and ideas to us. You have some great ideas and we love to collaborate. By making a submission you grant Glass-House Studio full permission to use your idea royalty free, in perpetuity.
4. Your Information
When placing an order you will need to submit your name, address, email, phone number and other information. By doing this you allow Glass-House Studio to communicate with you electronically or by phone where relevant for the fulfillment of an order or solving any outstanding issues.
This information will only be provided to a third party for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Your information will not be shared with any other parties. In the same way signing up for the newsletter is just that, we will send you news and info, but nothing else, nor will we give any info to anyone else.
5. Goods and Pricing
All products sold are made of glass and are sold on the understanding that glass is fragile and will break if mishandled. Glass is also sharp when broken and will cut if mishandled. Glass-House Studio accepts no responsibility for the handling of glass by the purchaser. Please purchase at your own risk.
Glass-House Studio pride themselves in unique and handmade products. No two will be quite the same. Photographs on the site may vary from the product you receive a little. Photographs are a reasonable representation of the colour, design and style of your product.
All images on our website are only representations of colours, and will vary with every display screen they are viewed on. Therefore, Glass-House Studio holds no responsibility if the colour supplied has a slight variance to that advertised. Glass-House Studio will accept responsibility if an obvious error has been made with the product supplied, or the image displayed on the website.
It may occur, despite our best efforts, that something may be priced or described incorrectly. Any errors will be corrected in a reasonable manner. Should any price be an obvious mistake, we have the right to cancel the order. Prices do fluctuate to keep in line with other sales channels , and are subject to change without prior notification.
All goods remain the property of Glass-House Studio until payment is received in full and goods are delivered. If payment is not received on time, Glass-House Studio may cancel or not dispatch any outstanding orders or commissions.
6. Delivery
Goods can be left at an unattended delivery address with photographic proof taken by our nominated courier. Goods can also be left with a neighbour who is happy to sign for them. Should you not be happy for goods to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, please state when placing the order. All goods left in a safe place or with a neighbour will be entirely at the customers own risk and no liability will be accepted by Glass-House Studio. Should Glass-House Studio be unable to leave goods due to no-one being available to accept them, the right is reserved to make a charge for subsequent deliveries.
The majority of orders are sent with Royal Mail on a tracked service.
You must thoroughly inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. Any damage, faults, errors or short delivery must be notified within 3 days, in writing.
Most orders delivered within the UK are free delivery. Where an order is unusually heavy there may be an additional carriage charge applied. Our delivery costs are automatically calculated at the checkout for non UK orders.
7. Something wrong
In the event that an item has been delivered damaged or faulty, Glass-House Studio will require notification via email to , including photographic proof of damage. Glass-House Studio must be notified within 3 days of receipt of items.

8. Returns
Please don’t return an item without contacting us before hand. Returned items must be in the same condition as originally supplied, with all of the packing material enclosed. PLEASE NOTE commissioned and personalised items cannot be returned.
Distance selling regulations state that you can cancel an order within 7 days of delivery provided:
a. You notify us in writing
b. The item is unused
c. The item is in the same condition as when you received it
d. You have all of the original packing
The goods must be sent at your cost or delivered by you to arrive at the below address in good condition. Once satisfactorily inspected, a refund will be given, less any carriage costs.
It is recommended that if posting returned goods, they are sent by recorded delivery.
You must contact us in writing before returning goods. No unexpected goods will be accepted.
9. Disclaimers, Liability and Exclusions
Glass-House Studio shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by short, late or incorrect delivery. We also will not be liable for any loss sustained by you above the value of the goods.
10. Courses
Course Bookings
Courses may be booked by telephone, email or website booking, but will not be confirmed until there are sufficient attendees to run the course. However we will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that confirmed courses take place as agreed. In the event that Glass-House Studio have to cancel a course, liability is limited to the cost of that course. You will be offered alternative dates, but, should this be unacceptable, we will refund all monies paid in full.
Cancellations
Cancelling attendance at a course shorter than 7 days prior to the course will mean a forfeit of the deposit.

All materials are included in the cost of the course..
11. Made to order
Glass_House Studio is proud of the unique and handmade nature of our range. Sometimes a product may not be in stock and has to be made to order. If this is the case and an order is delayed waiting for the kiln etc, we will be in touch to inform you of any delay and ask if the order should stand.
