Poppies glass drinks coasters, set of 4 coasters

Set of 4 fused glass drinks coasters with a bright poppy design in oranges and reds.

These fused glass drinks coasters feature the poppy design in splashy reds and oranges. I take the coloured glass powders and push them around with a paintbrush before fusing them in the kiln between two layers of glass. It’s a tough one trying to capture the captivating vibrance of poppies against the blue summer sky, but I wanted to try and capture that radiant strong colour in this glass design.  The coasters are 10cm square and come in sets of 4.

These are one of my favourite designs and I do make a lot of them, but for the life of me I cannot get two sets to be the same. Each one is original, handmade and unique. Each coaster has little rubber feet to protect your surfaces.
